Supervisor, Maintenance​/Cleaning, Installation Technician

Our client Walton Civil Engineering is looking for an experienced Reinstatement Supervisor to cover works in Somerset, Bristol and surrounding areas. Working from our depot in Shepton Mallet, BA4 4JT

Applicant needs experience in both reinstating and supervising utility works from 1m2 - 50m2+ in backfill, civils and Tarmacking and to be confident with council & client meetings, pre inspecting interim & defects, carrying out internal audits, educating and training teams to ensure they are working to the Walton Way.

Applicant also needs to be hands on, and willing to help teams out on the tools, essential for delivering training to unskilled operatives with practical demonstration.

Hours are 6.30 - 17.30 Monday to Friday,
Overtime and weekend working available at an increased rate
(Pay based on experience) PAYE and LOSC options available
Additional payment if working on the tools as part of the team to cover holiday/sickness

• Street works
• Driving license cat B essential (cat C licence a bonus)
• Experience in the reinstating industry
• Strong character
• Preferable Accreditations:
• SHEA Gas
• CSCS
• Additional tickets - Ride on roller, dumper & excavator

• Full PPE
• Work Phone
• Work Van
• All Tools and plant required to carry out the work
