Lead Fulfillment activities within FC, including supervising other associates and providing backup support.;
Perform pick/pack, receive/stow, inventory control, and loading/unloading of trucks.;
Communicate instructions to associates, motivate them, and enforce safety standards.;
Operate dock/shipping systems (dock master, Advance Ship Notices, OMA tool) to coordinate inbound/outbound flows.;
Collaborate with ICQA/ops/vendors, support data analysis and root cause investigation.
