Our Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated warehouse associates to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high‑paced and professional work environment.

• Must be willing to learn to operate power industrial equipment. Training is provided.
• Mid Shift: Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM until shift is complete.
• Starting pay rate up to $19.45/hour increasing to $20.64/hour in 12 months! Will receive an additional $1.00/hr for working Mid Shift.
• $2,000 Hiring Bonus! To be paid incrementally during the first 6 months.
• Material Handlers eligible to participate in a company incentive plan can earn even more money! Amounts are based on performance, with top performers earning up to about $1.75/hour in incentive pay.

• Entry level experience.
• Able to walk up to 10 miles throughout the course of a shift (steps vary per shift).
• Ability to lift 20 to 50 lbs repetitively throughout the course of a shift without assistance (weight varies based on product).
• This role requires sufficient English language proficiency to perform the role safely; this means the role requires the employee to receive and understand direction from management where necessary to perform the job, to communicate with other team members, and to meet the other requirements of the role.
• This is a minimum English proficiency requirement to ensure safe and effective job performance, such as direction to ensure safety among forklifts and other moving equipment and the ability to take direction and collaborate with management and peers in a distribution center environment.
• Employees are welcome to speak languages other than English in McKesson’s workplace; this English proficiency requirement merely requires sufficient skill with English to meet the job requirements, it does not bar or limit the use of other languages.
