** Shepherdsville, KY** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced tech and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, respond to calls for assistance, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors while providing great customer service.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a technology services location.

+ Control access to the facility by verifying identification and/or authorization, issuing visitor badges, and directing foot and vehicle traffic as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards or irregular conditions.

+ Monitor alarms, cameras, and/or other security-related systems, and communicate observations to the appropriate contacts per post orders.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, document activities in reports and logs, and notify site leadership and/or public responders when required.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
