Provide customer service to employees, drivers, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.;
Monitor access points and vehicle traffic flow, verify identification and/or shipping documentation as directed by location procedures, and report irregularities.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when directed.;
Complete accurate reports of patrols, access activity, and incidents, and communicate relevant information during shift handoff.
