Security Officer Retail Plaza Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site contacts and/or public services when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, production areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and technology-focused work areas, verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, and documenting entries, exits, and deliveries per site policy;
Complete accurate reports and logs, communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel, and assist with investigations of theft, damage, and/or policy violations
