As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll serve as the liaison between outside sales, partners within the organization, and existing customers. You'll be responsible for managing customer orders, communicating with customers regarding out‑of‑stocks and substitution options, strengthening customer relationships, utilizing e‑Commerce technologies, scheduling exception deliveries, determining credits for customers when appropriate, and more! You'll help them to achieve their goals and, in return, yours.

Compensation structure includes salary and bonuses. Financial rewards for performance are available.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Two years of previous customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
