Warehouse Order Picker & Package Handler

Distribution Center Address
: 342 Gordon Industrial Ave., Shepherdsville, KY

• Support seamless order processing and delivery to customers from our warehouse operations.
• Work on your feet for the duration of shifts and handle lifting up to 100 pounds.
• Receive training from our dedicated training team; prior experience is not required.

• Pay
  :
  Earn two pay raises in your first year and earn more per hour for speed and efficiency.

  • 1st Shift: $20.90/hour
  • 2nd Shift: $21.90/hour (includes $1.00 shift premium)
• Shipping
  :
  • 1st Shift: $20.13/hour
  • 2nd Shift: $21.13/hour (includes $1.00 shift premium)

• Work Schedule
  :
  • Sunday - Thursday work week, with Friday and Saturdays off
  • 1st Shift: 6:30 - 7:30 AM until finish (shifts may vary based on work volume)
  • 2nd Shift: 6:30 - 7:30 PM until finish (shifts may vary based on work volume)

Gordon Food Service takes pride in delivering seamless order processing and delivery to our customers. Our warehouse staff are the backbone of our success. You’ll be on your feet for the duration of your shift and you’ll be lifting up to 100 pounds. No experience is required—we train you with our dedicated training team. It’s hard work, so we’ll pay you a starting wage that scales with production and efficiency—the better you perform, the more you earn.

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed; holidays are important to our customers.
• Ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions where products are stored.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English (to read labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, company information related to benefits, updates, complete paperwork, and follow verbal instructions).
• Successfully pass a drug test and a background check.
• Candidates are encouraged to submit a resume or provide at least five years of work history to ensure timely review. A resume is not required, but may help process your application more quickly.
