• Graduate of approved program in Radiologic Technology.
• Registered with ARRT (required).
• KY Radiation Operator’s certification (required).
• BLS certification (required).
• IR Registry (required within 2 years of employment).

• Prefer 2 years of recent experience as a general radiographer.

• Strong customer service skills – able to demonstrate patience and understanding, ensure customer satisfaction, and resolve customer complaints.
• Superior organization skills – manages time effectively, keeps tasks prioritized, and pays extreme attention to detail for long periods of time.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – responsive, informs constituents of processes, pleasant to work with, educates and provides timely, accurate information; builds effective, strong working relationships through trust, communication, and credibility.
• Skilled at remaining calm during periods of stress.

• Must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
• Adequate conversational English is required to take direction from management, understand how to complete job tasks, communicate with patients and coworkers, and follow safety guidelines and organizational policies.

• Able to critically think through complex situations, process improvements, and evidence‑based practice.
• Able to assist others in developing good reasoning skills.
• Able to work independently and within a team setting.

• Basic computer skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
