Vacancy - 03423 Position Category Elementary Classroom Instructor Title Old Mill Elementary Classroom Teacher (14483) Description We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Classroom Teacher to join our team for the 2026- 2027 school year. The ideal candidate will foster a student-centered, engaging, and standards-aligned learning environment that empowers all students to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities Plan and implement high-quality instruction aligned to Kentucky Academic Standards and best teaching practices. Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom culture that aligns with Old Mill Elementary's CREATE values. Use data-driven instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of students. Implement Project-Based Learning (PBL) strategies and integrate real-world learning experiences. Engage students in meaningful learning experiences through hands-on activities, technology integration, and collaboration.
