Job Title: Industrial Facilities Cleaner
Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
Hours: Swing Shift, 3 PM to 11:30 PM (Mon to Fri), Training Mon to Thur, 3 PM to 1:30 AM
Start Date: ASAP

You'll work closely with production teams and facility management to deliver results that enhance operational efficiency and support a high-performance culture.

What You'll Do:
As an Industrial Facilities Cleaner, you will be responsible for:

• Performing light and heavy janitorial duties within the manufacturing facility to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Conducting regular facility audits to identify hazards, repair needs, and areas for improvement.
• Serving as back-up for pellet mill and packaging operators when required to maintain workflow.
• Assisting with preventive maintenance tasks to ensure operational reliability.
• Performing other duties as necessary to support overall operations.

What You'll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of production line experience in an industrial setting preferred.
• Good hand, eye, and foot coordination.
• The ability to concentrate for extended periods while multitasking.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for at least 7 hours per day.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic math skills for operational tasks.
