• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for residents and staff – dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and hallways.
• Play a crucial role in infection control, adhering to specific protocols to prevent the spread of illness.
• Ensure adequate levels of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other essential items in resident rooms and bathrooms.
• Proper disposal of trash and soiled linens, following established procedures.
• Follow a daily, weekly, or monthly cleaning schedule and complete tasks as assigned.
• Interact with residents, their families, and other staff members in a courteous and professional manner.
• Maintain confidentiality and be mindful of residents' personal belongings and space.

• Must be able to understand and speak English.
• Previous experience working as a housekeeper required.

Compensation for roles at Fir Lane Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Fir Lane Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Fir Lane Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below.
