The Clinician Unlicensed provides mental health support services to members served and their families at the program. The Clinician also assists in the coordination of all mental health support services provided by the Team. This includes coordinating and collaborating with team members and outside agencies such as the Conservator's Office, Public Guardian's Office, Probation Department, County Behavioral Health Services, and housing and inpatient providers.

Full-time:
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Expected starting wage range is $77,968.80 - $88,447.23. The full wage range goes up to $. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or related field and working towards licensure

• Coordinate and collaborate with team members and outside agencies.
• Assist in the coordination of all mental health support services.
• Participate in program evaluation processes and utilize results to identify needs, establish goals, and directions for future planning.
• Attend and oversee the monthly Utilization Review process.
• Provide direct services to clients, families, and community supports.
• Maintain a therapeutic relationship with persons served.
• Assist with Service Coordination Plan, including appropriate referrals, case management, and aftercare services.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or related field and working towards licensure and registered with the Board of Behavioral Science.
• One year direct service experience with mentally ill individuals.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment.

• Ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to navigate electronic health records.
• Thorough understanding of client rights.
• Knowledge of persistent mental illness and basic medical and psychiatric terminology.
• Understanding of issues pertaining to older adults.
• Skilled in use of Microsoft Suite and telehealth platforms.
