• Optimize patient centered diagnosis by assessing strengths and weaknesses
• Devise creative, effective, team-based treatment plans in accordance with the physician's orders
• Combine evidence based physical therapy practice philosophies to ensure the best clinical outcomes for our patients
• Motivate patients to restore their physical function and mobility

• Must have valid Washington PT license that is in good standing
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred

Compensation for roles at Fir Lane Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Fir Lane Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Fir Lane Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
