Mason Health is seeking a Comprehensive Ophthalmology Physician (Ophthalmologist) to join our team in Shelton, Washington (WA).

• Full-spectrum practice with mentorship available
• Outpatient-focused 4-day work week
• Dedicated OR day each week
• Can accommodate sub-specialty interests, especially in glaucoma
• 15-20 patients per day - Never pushed based on quantity of patients seen
• Collaborative team seeking a patient-focused partner who seeks a practice that offers autonomy
• J1 and H1B visa sponsorship available

• Base salary of $432K
• Sign-on bonus starting at $50K
• Initial recruitment package of $482K
• Student loan repayment up to $125K
• 7 Weeks of PTO
