Location:
Charlotte, NC. Entry‑level position within the Energy Force LLC Division.
- Ensure continued excellent operation of Budderfly HVAC Units within geographic area, including maintenance and repair of HVAC/R systems.
- Identify maintenance risks and diagnose electrical and mechanical faults.
- Complete commissioning checks of HVAC Units, verifying RTU controller configurations.
- Provide physical maintenance—changing filters, cleaning coils, inspecting/replacing belts, and inspecting for mechanical failures.
- Respond to emergency service calls during nights and weekends when on‑call.
- Perform warranty services and repair systems promptly and efficiently.
- Keep daily logs and records in company work‑order system.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and OSHA standards.
- Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements.
- Assist with customer queries.
- HVAC Controls experience; familiarity with Lennox Core Controllers and Carrier System Vu is a benefit.
- New technical school graduate.
- Ability to recognize control and mechanical issues before they compound.
- Drive for continuous learning and professional growth.
- Desire to help shape a developing HVAC team.
- Customer- and safety‑focused approach.
- Willingness to travel within the region and surrounding states.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work across organizational teams.
$18–$25 USD per hour, based on experience, skill set, qualifications, and location.

Entry level. Full‑time.
All tools, equipment, and training will be supplied. A vehicle with maintenance reimbursement will be provided after training completion.
