HVAC Replacement with Ultra‑High Efficient Units is Budderfly’s latest initiative to save energy on client sites. Your work ensures that these units operate at peak efficiency, directly contributing to the success of the Replacement program.

• Maintain and repair HVAC/R systems and equipment in your geographic area.
• Identify maintenance risks and diagnose electrical and mechanical faults.
• Complete commissioning checks of HVAC Units, including controller configuration and mechanical operation.
• Perform physical upkeep such as filter changes, coil cleaning, belt inspection/replacement, and other mechanical maintenance.
• Respond to emergency service calls on nights and weekends (when on‑call).
• Perform warranty services and emergency repairs promptly.
• Keep detailed daily logs and records in the company work‑order system.
• Ensure compliance with applicable State and Federal standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Follow service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements.
• Assist customers with queries.

• 5+ years of experience as a service technician on HVAC/R systems.
• HVAC Contractor License and EPA Certification (required).
• HVAC Controls experience; familiarity with Lennox Core Controllers and Carrier System Vu controllers is a benefit.
• Ability to identify control and mechanical issues before they worsen.
• Commitment to continuous technical and professional learning.

• Willingness to travel within Lowell, MA and surrounding areas.
