Retail Grocery Associate – Inventory at WIS International
OverviewJoin to apply for the Retail Grocery Associate – Inventory role at WIS International. This position offers the opportunity to work with inventory in the grocery segment and to track performance with productivity-based wage increases.
What you will do- This team within WIS works primarily with a single customer in the grocery segment.
- Count and record inventory with precision – accuracy matters.
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow – your playbook for success.
- Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
- Meet daily performance goals and celebrate when you beat them; productivity-based wage increases are in your future.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver and/or Warehouse work is helpful.
- No inventory experience? No problem. If you can bring the discipline, we will train the rest.
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
- Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods with occasional walking; use of hands and wrists for repetitive motions; ability to be in low level positions (squatting, kneeling, or crouching); frequent use of ladders; lifting and carrying items up to 25 lbs; and occasional travel by car or plane, including overnight stays.

Salary and benefitsStarting at $17.50 - $22.50 per hour.
- Competitive pay with a productivity-based wage increase up to $2.00 in the first 6 months, with a maximum of $5.00.
