Quality Final Inspector

We are currently looking for a highly energetic QC Final Inspector to join our Quality Control Department. Experience in Metal Fabrication industry a MUST HAVE. As a QC Final Inspector, you will be the last line of defense in ensuring our fabricated parts meet the highest standards. You will be responsible for the final verification of a wide range of processes, including paint and powder coating, product assembly, and functional testing.

Salary: $56,000 - $72,000 per year

Education:

High School

• Technical Knowledge:
  Solid understanding of paint and powder coating inspections and product assembly verification.
• Blueprint Reading: strong ability to read and interpret complex, multi-page drawings and assembly documentation.
• Detail-Oriented Inspection:
  Conduct thorough inspections of parts and products in a high-speed manufacturing setting.
• Documentation & Verification:
  Verify product configurations against multi-page technical drawings and associated inspection documents.
• Quality Discrepancy Reporting:
  Generate precise and detailed Quality Discrepancy Reports (QDRs) for any non-conforming products.
• Working knowledge of CMM inspection and programming.
• Knowledge of weld inspections or a current Weld Inspector Certification.
