Salary Range: $95,000 – $110,000 annually

We are seeking a dependable, hands‑on engineer who thrives in a hybrid technical environment. This position combines application development, database engineering, cloud infrastructure support, and direct end‑user systems support via help desk.

This is not a siloed development role. The right candidate understands that keeping systems, applications, integrations, and users operational is part of professional engineering.

This is an on‑site position with daily collaboration across departments.

• Develop and maintain internal applications using C# (.NET) and Angular.
• Support and extend a self‑hosted Strapi headless CMS environment running on Linux, Apache, and Postgre
  
  SQL.
• Write clean, maintainable code managed through Git Hub.
• Work extensively with Microsoft SQL Server including writing / modifying production queries.
• Design and maintain stored procedures.
• Manage relational data models while ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Contribute to reporting and analytics initiatives using Power BI.
• Migrate legacy SSRS reports into Power BI.

• Support AWS‑based systems including EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, Directory Service, FSx, and AWS Backup.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production environments.
• Manage user provisioning and permissions.
• Support and troubleshoot EDI workflows and integrations.
• Maintain structured technical documentation.

• Diagnose and resolve application and infrastructure issues.
• Provide direct end‑user support across Windows and macOS environments.
• Support hybrid file‑share architecture / permissions via Apple Business and MS AD.
• Troubleshoot workstations, printers, login issues, networking, and general system challenges.

• 3–5 years of professional technical experience.
• Formal foundation in Object‑Oriented Programming.
• Professional experience with C# (.NET).
• Experience with Angular.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Working knowledge of IIS configuration and application deployments.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Clear, professional communication skills.
• Comfortable working fully on‑site.
• Demonstrated reliability and accountability.

The ideal candidate takes ownership from diagnosis through resolution. This role includes direct end‑user support alongside development responsibilities. Candidates must be comfortable handling both.
