The Senior Manager, Customer Marketing Analytics will help lead our efforts to measure and optimize our Existing Customer Management efforts including Retention and Cross-sell, across channels such as Email, Direct Mail, Outbound call and SMS. The role partners closely with leads across the Marketing and Sales organizations to identify and pursue growth opportunities, measure the impact of our efforts, and optimize our marketing investments.
Supervisory Responsibilities:Analytics team
Duties/Responsibilities:Collaborate with team leads across the Marketing department to develop our near-term plans and long-term strategy for increasing the impact and efficiency of our existing customer management campaigns.
Build and deploy campaign target lists and audiences, both one-off and trigger based, including randomized/stratified control/holdout groups.
Design and implement comprehensive dashboards and reporting systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Support various Marketing teams’ analytic needs (developing and reading tests, implementing targeted campaigns, expanding to new channels/segments/vendors).
Utilize data and analytics to uncover insights and make data-driven recommendations.
- Manage a team of analysts and provide guidance and support to drive results.
Present key insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders across the company
Engage with the Tech/Data/BI teams to develop data assets and enhance data infrastructure.
Engage with Data Science to develop analytical assets (predictive models, segmentations) to identify opportunities for growth and spend optimization.
Performs other related duties as assigned
Bachelor's Degree in Data science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of experience leading marketing analytics initiatives across various channels (Digital Marketing, Email, Call, Direct Mail, SMS).
Deep knowledge of measurement methodologies for online marketing channels including attribution, funnel optimization, targeting and creative optimization.
Strong SQL skills for data manipulation, aggregation, and presentation.
Ability to design and implement dashboards and reporting systems supporting marketing campaigns using BI tools (Tableau, Looker, DOMO, etc.).
Experience designing and implementing various tests (A/B, multifactorial), developing control/holdout groups and measuring incremental performance.
Experience using predictive modeling, segmentation, and other advanced techniques to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
Strong data curiosity, analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability in bringing structure to ambiguous problems and deriving insights from multiple data and information sources
Proven ability to communicate complex ideas, insights, and analytical proficiency into meaningful conclusions to internal and external stakeholders

Must be able to communicate effectively, including exchanging information in person, in writing, by telephone, email or video conferencing.
Visual and auditory acuity required to perform job duties effectively, including reading, writing, and interpreting information on screens or in print.
Hand dexterity, fine motor skills needed to operate a keyboard and mouse efficiently
Reach with hands and arms occasionally
Must be able to commute to an office setting as required, which may include walking short distances and navigating an office environment.
Occasionally moves about the office to access files, office machinery, and meet with others.
