What You’ll Own- You are accountable for revenue. Period.
- Own and deliver annual revenue targets across new client acquisition and account expansion.
- Personally prospect, qualify, and close $100K-$1M+ consulting engagements.
- Build and maintain a healthy, measurable pipeline aligned to growth goals.
- Balance new logos (50%) and existing account growth (50%).
- Lead executive-level sales conversations with healthcare C‑suite stakeholders.
- Partner closely with delivery teams to ensure strong handoffs and client success.
- Recruit, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team over time.
- Establish clear sales metrics (pipeline health, deal velocity, close rates).
- Help shape go‑to‑market strategy and service positioning.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, ERP, workflow optimization).
- Microsoft Azure (cloud modernization, data platforms, integrations).
- AI‑driven automation to reduce administrative burden and clinician burnout.
- Custom application development — NOT off the shelf products.
- Data analytics & business intelligence for healthcare operations.
- A proven hunter who has sold professional services / consulting, not just licenses.
- A sales leader who still carries a bag and likes it.
- Someone who thrives in complex, consultative B2B sales cycles.
- Comfortable operating in a growth‑stage environment where impact is visible.
- Confident, accountable, and direct with no passengers.
- Our clients are providers (docs, etc.) and payors (insurance companies).
- 10+ years of B2B professional services or consulting sales experience.
- 5+ years in a sales leadership role.
- Personal track record of closing $5M+ annually in services.
- Experience selling:
- Custom software.
- Data / analytics.
- Automation or digital transformation services.
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Microsoft Azure.
- Healthcare provider/Payor experience strongly preferred.
- Willingness to travel (50‑70%).
