We are growing our Healthcare services team, and we’re looking for an experienced HR Coordinator / Office Manager who knows how to keep people, processes, and priorities aligned as a company scales.

- Coordinate interviews, schedules, and candidate flow across multiple open roles.
- Own onboarding logistics and new-hire readiness.
- Keep the Shelton office running smoothly (calendars, documentation, coordination).
- Maintain accurate HR records and support compliance initiatives.
- Partner closely with leadership to keep hiring plans and daily operations aligned.
- Serve as the connector between people, process, and progress.
You are not recruiting candidates. You are ensuring the engine runs cleanly and consistently.
What We’re Looking For:- 5+ years of experience in HR coordination, HR operations, or office management.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
