HR Operations & Office Lead

Shelton, CT | Onsite | Full-Time

Salary: $50,000–$60,000

This Is Not a Maintenance Role. This Is a Momentum Role. Max FTE may be 40.

We are growing our Healthcare services team, and we’re looking for an experienced HR Coordinator / Office Manager who knows how to keep people, processes, and priorities aligned as a company scales.

This role is for someone who has been around the block

What You’ll Own:
  • Coordinate interviews, schedules, and candidate flow across multiple open roles.
  • Own onboarding logistics and new-hire readiness.
  • Keep the Shelton office running smoothly (calendars, documentation, coordination).
  • Maintain accurate HR records and support compliance initiatives.
  • Partner closely with leadership to keep hiring plans and daily operations aligned.
  • Serve as the connector between people, process, and progress.

You are not recruiting candidates. You are ensuring the engine runs cleanly and consistently.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years of experience in HR coordination, HR operations, or office management.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A steady, dependable presence who takes ownership and follows through.
