As the Portfolio Manager, you will be an integral part of the Bankprovidingclear,actionable insights and analysis of the portfolio composition, trends,structures,quality,and concerns tothe Bank Leadership team.
You will have oversight of collections activity, both directly and indirectlywith executionindeliveringdelinquency results within risk tolerance and mitigating losses through thoughtful troubled debt restructures andprudentcollections actions.
Aseniorlevel Portfolio Managerwithat least7years’ experience managing a portfoliocomprisedofequipment loans and leases,short-term lines of creditand working capital structures preferably in asmall business customer base profile.
You have a provenhistoryofdirectlycommunicatingand interacting with Senior Leadership,disseminatingcomplex information into actionableunderstandingand executing onstrategies and initiatives to successful outcomes.

Bank portfolio trends, concentrations, risks,stress points,mitigantsand asset quality profileto
Senior Leadership Team . - Be responsible forthe development and presentation of Bank portfolio dashboards highlighting to Senior Leadership and the Bank Board of Directors the data driven insights to trends, risks,stress points,portfolioquality,and overall portfolio performance.
- Oversee collections activity, both within the Bank and through vendor servicers, driving and executingonprudent collections strategies minimizingdelinquency and mitigatinglosses
- Lead troubled debt restructure activities including structuring, negotiating, documenting and on-goingcustomermonitoring.
- Sourceportfolio information neededforsound risk management, including evaluation ofmacroeconomic trends with interpretation of impact tothe Bank portfolio.
- Participate in internal and external audits, providing datato auditors and regulators ensuringallrequirementsaretimelymet.
- Leadportfolio strategy and asset quality meetings,providingthoughtfulinsightsandcommunicatingissuesto affectedlines of business and functional stakeholders.
- Directroot cause analysis into datawithinareas of deterioration todeterminespecial cause orsystemic issues;communicating outcomes and recommendations.
- Collaborate with functional stakeholders and Bank committees in the formation of future activities highlighting impact to portfolio construction and quality profile.
- Conductperiodicportfolio stress tests to support delinquency and loss forecasting.
- Develop and document statistical analytical models, providing analysis of the portfolio including, but not limited to, quantitative analysis, probability analysis, regression analysis, and migration analysis.
- Work collaboratively with all functional areas of the Bank and servicing vendors.
- Plan, scope, and prioritize initiatives to meet business needs.
- Monitor and enforcecovenantsand other compliance related items.
- Oversee annual client evaluations and reviews.
- Minimum of7yearsof portfolio managementwithcollectionsexperiencea must.
- Proven ability to efficiently retrieve and assimilate large amounts of data, organizing theoutput into insightful and actionable information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interacting effectively with Senior Leaders with interactions with audit staff a plus.
- Demonstrated independent competence in problem solving and decision making, adhering to Bank policies and procedures.
- Prior experience in leadership of personnel
- Ability to manage, prioritize and deliverrequested information orperformactivitiesrequestedfrom multiple channels.
- Familiarity with financial statement analysis.
