Highway Engineer (Construction)
We are looking for a full‑time Highway Engineer to join our Connecticut office in Shelton, CT. This role will work with a multi‑disciplined team on projects such as roads, bridges, intersections, and trail designs, focusing on complete‑street projects that improve communities’ quality of life.
Location:
Shelton, CT. Full‑time, flexible work schedules, competitive compensation commensurate with experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:- Create plans, specifications, and estimates for transportation projects for public agencies and municipalities in CT.
- Develop plans from conceptual design to final contract documents, including 3‑D modeling, horizontal & vertical alignments, cross‑sections, grading, drainage design, and utility relocations.
- Utilize construction understanding to develop temporary traffic control and construction staging plans.
- B.S. in Civil Engineering.
- PE in CT is required.
- Proficiency using Autodesk Civil 3D software.
- Experience with public agency clients, particularly CTDOT.
