Our Support Staff Teachers are sometimes called ‘floaters' because that's what they do – they regularly ‘float' between classrooms. No two days are the same!

Strong Start Early Care & Education, located in Trumbull, Connecticut, is looking for qualified daycare support staff who love helping children.

Candidates must have one year of experience working with young children in a daycare setting.

If qualified, a support staff member is often promoted to a childcare teacher position.
