The organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join its Women’s Health team in a moonlighting capacity
. This role is ideal for physicians seeking flexible scheduling while providing high-quality obstetric and gynecologic coverage.

• Provide obstetric and gynecologic coverage on a moonlighting basis

• Manage labor and delivery patients, including triage and inpatient care

• Perform gynecologic evaluations and manage acute OB/GYN presentations

• Collaborate with nursing staff, midwives, anesthesiology, and neonatal teams

• Respond to OB/GYN consults and emergencies as scheduled

• Ensure accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)

• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families

• Adhere to hospital policies, quality standards, and patient safety initiatives

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology

• Eligible for or active Connecticut medical licensure

• Ability to work independently in an inpatient OB/GYN setting

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills

• Prior hospital-based OB/GYN experience preferred
