Mid‑Sized Fairfield County, Connecticut law firm seeks a Customer Service Representative with 1‑3 years experience handling direct customer contact. The role assists customers using unique legal plans that provide access to attorney advice and assistance. This position is not remote.
Responsibilities- Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a fast‑paced, client focused environment.
- Enter and maintain client information in the firm’s software systems; knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Handle customer concerns in an expeditious and professional manner; escape unresolved issues to management.
- Assist with basic reporting and data tracking as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Availability Monday thru Friday 8:30‑5:00
- 1+ year(s) of customer service experience
- High School diploma or GED.
- Effective communicator both written and oral.
- Proficient computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Outlook, Word & Excel.
- Experience using CRM, case management, or call-routing systems a plus.
- Represent the firm in a professional manner.
- Fluency in Spanish a plus.
