Manager, Product Pricing - Electrical Products

The Product Pricing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving pricing excellence across the Hubbell Electrical Solutions (HES) business by leading value optimization initiatives that enhance profitability, market positioning, and customer satisfaction. As a change leader, the Product Pricing Manager will introduce and implement new quote & pricing related processes and tools, fostering a culture of innovation, adaptability, and standardization across the quoting and pricing function.

This role also involves leading and developing teams of pricing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve organizational goals and objectives. Responsible for executing the pricing strategy and delivery for business units across HES, this role combines commercial leadership, analytical expertise, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver results that are tailored to maximizing business unit objectives.

• Foster a collaborative and forward-thinking culture, owning or supporting strategic initiatives aimed at driving harmonization of best practices across the pricing center of excellence.

• Build strong partnerships with business unit leadership and staff that exemplifies the “extended team” approach.

• Ensure the effective design of comprehensive pricing strategies and execution that optimize revenue and profitability by continually assessing evolving market dynamics and business objectives, supported by insightful analytics.

• Design and implement pricing governance frameworks, including approval protocols and audit processes to ensure consistent pricing practices.

• Ownership and responsibility for critical KPI’s around pricing discipline, execution, and cycle time of quotations.

• Additional responsibilities as needed for the position.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, or other analytically rigorous fields. Master’s degree preferred.

• 5+ years of pricing experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, including 3+ years successfully leading and developing teams.

• Proven track record identifying areas of opportunity, scoping, recommending, aligning, and implementing change.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive cross-functional alignment.

• Demonstrated experience using business intelligence tools such as MS Power Bi or Tableau to support pricing research and analysis.

• High proficiency with MS Excel, including advanced formulas, VBA, Power Query.

• Experience with SAP highly desired, specific experience with SAP Sales & Distribution module preferred.
