Accounts Receivable Specialist

Our client, a leading company in the industrial supply and equipment sector, is seeking a reliable and detail-driven Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their growing finance team. This organization supports major manufacturing and production companies nationwide, offering a stable environment with strong career-growth potential.

• Manage full-cycle accounts receivable, including invoice generation, payment posting, and account reconciliation
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding customer balances
• Work closely with customers to resolve billing issues, discrepancies, and short payments
• Perform cash applications and maintain accurate AR records in SAP
• Support month-end close processes, including reporting and reconciliation tasks
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer service, and operations to ensure accurate billing
• Assist with credit reviews and account maintenance

• 1-3 years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience
• SAP experience required
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to manage collections professionally
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high transaction volume
• Proficiency in MS Excel and strong overall systems aptitude
