Security Officer Hospital Patrol - Flex

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following Allied Universal protocols, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, medical facility alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with clinical staff and/or local responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter, watching for unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access;
Support access control and visitor management by monitoring entry points, checking credentials as directed, and directing individuals to appropriate departments;
Complete security-related reports and shift documentation, documenting observations, incidents, and actions taken according to site requirements
