Job SummaryTo provide support to the Molding Team in achieving team goals while assisting the working lead and Department Supervisor in assigned tasks.
Essential Functions- Comply with company policies and procedures, safety rules and regulations.
- Fill hoppers/dryers with material.
- Empty grinders.
- Pre-dry upcoming materials.
- Clean material loaders and grinders during color and mold changes.
- Ensure the machine is clean and ready for startup.
- Ensure auxiliary equipment is in place for startup.
- Maintain cleanliness and general appearance of storage and production areas.
- Operate a forklift.
- Move finished product to designated inventory staging area as necessary.
- Report safety and housekeeping concerns to management.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
- Assume responsibilities of the molding team when the Supervisor or working lead isn't present.

- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work extended hours and overtime as required.
- Ability to learn to operate a forklift; certification or prior experience preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience in injection molding material handling.
This job operates in a manufacturing environment, using various molding and production equipment.
Physical DemandsEmployees must be able to stand for the entire shift, bend, twist, push, pull, grasp, and lift materials over 50 lbs. Regularly required to speak and hear. Vision requirements include close vision.

Work Hours03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
