Position Description
Immediate opening for a SOLO Class A CDL Truck Driver in Shelbyville, KY. The driver will be responsible for transporting freight within the specified routes and maintaining safe driving practices. Pay is $2000 or more per week, with additional incentives.

Pay & Schedule- Weekly pay of $2000+.
- Hours:
50+ hours per week, 3–5 nights per week. - Solo miles: $0.61 per mile (2,400–2,800 miles per week).
- Drop and hook: $15.00 per drop/hook.
- Paid training.
- Schedule options:
Sunday – Thursday, Monday – Friday, or Tuesday – Saturday. - Dispatch start time: 2:00 AM – 8:00 AM.
- Uniform, cell phone, and boot allowance.
- Paid personal time off starts Day 1 (80 hours accrued in first year).
- Unused paid time is paid out at hourly rate.

No‑touch aluminum.
- At least 21 years old.
- Pass Ryder drug test.
- Pass Ryder background, motor‑vehicle check, and drug/alcohol verification for the last 3 years.
- Pass DOT physical.
- Pass Ryder road test.
- Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position.
- Class A experience: 9 months in past 3 years OR 2 years in past 5 years OR 5 years in past 10 years.
- Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules.
- Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards.
- Maintain accurate records and logs.
- Load/unload freight or assist in loading/unloading as required by the customer.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
