Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quality Tech 1 - 3rd shift 10pm - 6:30 am Mon - Friday
.

Join our dynamic team as a Quality Technique Specialist, where your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring our products and services meet the highest standards of excellence. As a Quality Technique Specialist, you will be at the forefront of implementing and refining quality assurance processes, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and tests to ensure product compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and recommend effective quality enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Document COA's COC's as required.
  • Must know which measurement and test equipment (M&E) tools are appropriate for various tasks and how to assess tool accuracy and precision; understand the concept of standards traceability for M&E.
  • Train and mentor team members on best quality practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in quality assurance or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for quality management.
  • Quality certification (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) is a plus.
