Overview
Position Title – Paint Line Operator
Shift Assignment – 1st Shift (7:00am – 3:30pm)
Location – Shelbyville, Kentucky, USA
The JobAs a Paint Line Operator, you’ll be part of our Shelbyville Manufacturing team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to:
- Load and unload blades at a productive rate, maintaining quality levels according to control plans, and using safe work practices (PPE, MSDS and machine hazards).
- Perform visual quality inspection of each saw blade.
- Accurately update move tags and piece counts.
- Identify and communicate possible problems which may be perceived.
- Report abnormal situations, including crashes, incorrect set-up, incorrect move tags or incorrect control plans.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Basic knowledge of tolerance and quality inspection procedures
- Excellent hand-eye coordination in a fast-paced environment
- Reading control plans in English
- Processing and recording data
- Ability to read and write English; understand and comprehend instructions for safety and quality
- Flexibility to work overtime
