- ** Position Title – Paint Line Operator
**** Shift Assignment – 1st Shift (7:00am – 3:30pm)****$18.11/hr
**** Location – Shelbyville, Kentucky, USA

**** The Job:
** As a Paint Line Operator, you’ll be part of our Shelbyville Manufacturing team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to:
* Loads and unload blades at a productive rate, maintaining quality levels according to control plans, and using safe work ethics (PPE, MSDS and machine hazards).
* Visual quality inspection of each saw blade.
* Accurate updating of all move tags and piece counts.
* Responsible for identifying and communicating possible problems which may be perceived.
* Report any abnormal situations, including crashes, incorrect set-up, incorrect move tags or incorrect control plans.
* Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment.
* Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
** The Person:
*** High School Diploma or GED preferred
* Basic knowledge of tolerance and quality inspection procedures
* Excellent hand-eye coordination in a fast-paced environment
* Reading control plans in English.
* Processing and recording data
* Ability to read and write English; understand and comprehend instructions for safety and quality
* Flexibility to work overtime
