Join Amcor as an Assistant and play a key role in producing high‑quality products that protect what’s important. You’ll be part of a team that ensures safety and quality standards are met and contributes to a culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement.
ScheduleShift: 12‑hour, 2‑2‑3 nights, 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Compensation & Benefits- Pay: $19‑$21/hour + $1.50/night‑shift premium
- Overtime: 1.5× pay for hours over 40 per week
- 401(k):

- Growth and development opportunities
- Assist on production lines which may include printing presses, adhesive laminators, or extrusion laminators.
- Ensure jobs run in accordance with customer, manufacturing, and printing specifications.
- Maintain quality compliance of products, keeping them free of defects.
- Work with operators to maximize machine efficiency, minimizing job changeovers and downtime.
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area during shifts and shift transitions.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow customer specifications
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
- Basic computer skills to complete tasks in operator software
- Visual acuity to perform visual inspection, including use of measurement devices and color identification
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand for long periods (steel‑toed shoes required)
- Perform climbing, crouching, and reaching
