Food and Beverage Server; Part Time- Brew Brother's

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for serving meals and beverages to patrons in a prompt, correct and courteous fashion in any of the property's food and beverage outlets and banquet areas.
• Demonstrate sanitary food handling and equipment safety, properly store and label food items, and maintain standards of sanitation and food handling based on County, State and Federal regulations.
• Maintain clean and neat work area.
• Follow the Steps of service for the venue they are working as outlined in the venue policies and procedures.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Assure exceptional customer service to all patrons by communicating in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times.
• Must follow all cash handling SOPs of the venue they are working.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
• Note - this position will not involve any function involving casino gambling by patrons.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Previous serving experience required.
• Excellent customer service/communication skills essential.
• Available to work required schedule, as directed by department management.
• Must have neat and clean appearance and adhere to the casino policy on dress code and be out-going.
• Must have the ability to obtain and hold an Occupational License as required by the Indiana Horse Racing Commission.
• Must be certified in Serve Safe Alcohol Awareness, and Indiana State approved Alcohol Training.
• Hold an Indiana ATC (Alcohol & Tobacco Commission) License.
• Position requires scheduling flexibility, may be required to work weekends, holidays, overnight, or overtime, based upon scheduling and business needs.
