This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Representative, based in Shelbyville, IN. The Service Representative will be responsible for delivering and maintaining uniforms and facility-related products according to customer needs. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, addressing service inquiries, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction while adhering to company standards.

• Customer Service and Relationship Management skills to ensure excellent customer interactions
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members effectively
• Problem-Solving and Organizational skills to address client inquiries and maintain account accuracy
• Attention to Detail and Time Management abilities to ensure punctual deliveries and precise record-keeping
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus
• Flexibility and ability to work independently in an on-site capacity
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications are a bonus
