Schedule Details:

• Full time, 3 12‑hour shifts per week.
• Day shift.
• Weekend and holiday requirements.

Pay Range: $34.90 - $52.35 per hour

Sign‑on Bonus: Eligible for a $15,000 sign‑on bonus, provided eligibility requirements are met.

Atrium Cleveland Progressive Care Units consists of 64 beds (32 per unit) serving cardiac, medical and surgical patients. Our unit is fast‑paced and requires strong critical thinking, organization, prioritization, and thorough assessment skills. The PCU nurse partners with cardiologists, hospitalists and other disciplines to manage titratable cardiac drips, bi‑pap, post‑op, post‑ICU patients. We see a variety of diagnoses with top DRGs being Dysrhythmias, Chest Pain and CHF.

All patients wear telemetry monitors monitored through our telemetry station 24/7. The ideal candidate is resourceful, flexible and a team player.

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the candidate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• ACLS certification recommended within 6 months of hire.

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skillful communication while leading efforts to create a safe patient environment and optimal patient experience across the continuum.
