• Provide comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Apply evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, compassion, and effective communication to create the safest patient environment and optimal patient experience.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team—hospitalists, neurology, nephrology, pulmonology, cardiology, intensivists, surgeons, orthopedics, and wound care—to ensure best practices and high-quality care.
• Participate in the hospital's Virtual Nursing Program, utilizing advanced technology for patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and communication with the healthcare team.
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality protocols.

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the state of employment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• NIHSS certification within 6 months of hire.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and bedside technology.

36 hours per week. 3 12-hour day shifts, weekend and holiday coverage required.

Pay Range: $34.90 - $52.35 per hour
. This position is sign-on bonus eligible and qualifies for a $15,000 sign-on bonus, provided the candidate meets eligibility requirements.

Atrium Health Cleveland, Shelby, NC. 241-bed hospital, Level III trauma center, providing advanced emergency care and comprehensive medical surgical services.
