THE MISSIONOwn the entire growth engine of Peak Vitality.
You will design, lead, and scale the marketing and sales strategy across:
- Recovery and longevity services
- Performance-based fitness and testing
- Memberships, programs, and high-ticket offers
- Digital, local, and referral ecosystems
Your goal is simple and aggressive:
Build brand authority. Drive demand. Close revenue. Scale intelligently.
WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DOThis role has real authority and real accountability.
- Own digital marketing: paid ads, email, SMS, social, website, SEO, landing pages
- Develop powerful messaging that positions Peak Vitality as elite, credible, and different
- Lead campaigns, launches, promotions, and community engagement initiatives
- Build and manage vendors, creatives, and internal resources
- Build, train, and optimize the sales process for consultations, memberships, and programs
- Align marketing with front desk, coaches, and clinical teams to maximize conversion
- Track KPIs relentlessly: leads, show rates, close rates, LTV, CAC
- Create scripts, offers, and systems that close without discounting the brand
- Protect and elevate the Peak Vitality brand across every touchpoint
- Be a visible leader internally—this role influences the entire organization
- Collaborate directly with ownership and leadership on growth strategy
You might be perfect if you:
- Have 7–10+ years in marketing, sales, or growth leadership
- Have led both marketing and sales (not just one in isolation)
- Are data-driven but creatively aggressive
- Know how to sell high-value services, not just products
- Understand wellness, fitness, healthcare, or performance industries (strong plus)
- Are comfortable owning revenue numbers—not hiding behind impressions
- Can build systems and motivate people
