We are looking for a full-time Landscape Designer to join our growing team and focus exclusively on design.

This is a dedicated design position responsible for leading the creative process for residential and commercial projects—ranging from small enhancements to full-scale property transformations. You will work closely with our sales team and clients to translate goals, budgets, and site conditions into thoughtful and visually compelling designs.

• Develop original landscape design concepts and construction documents for residential and commercial clients
• Produce complete design packages, including renderings, planting plans, and construction details
• Conduct site analysis, including measurements, photos, and identifying opportunities/constraints
• Attend client meetings to understand preferences and project vision
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to align designs with client goals and budgets
• Coordinate with production managers to ensure design intent is maintained during installation
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of plants, materials, and design trends
• Organize and manage design files, site photos, and project documentation

• Have 2+ years of professional experience in landscape design
• Hold a degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or related field (or have equivalent experience)
• Are proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite (or similar)
• Have strong visual communication skills—whether digital, hand-drawn, or both
• Are creative, detail-oriented, and confident presenting your ideas
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
