Our client is seeking a Controls Technician to support automation systems including installations, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing controls systems. As a Controls Technician, you must have hands‑on experience in industrial automation and a strong understanding of electrical and control systems. The ideal candidate will have ability to work independently & as part of cross‑functional teams, able to work under minimal supervision and exhibit a high attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
This position will require up to 70% travel.

Pay Rate:
Pay will be up to $40 (dependent on experience)
- Install, configure, and maintain industrial control systems (PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, actuators, etc.).
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on automation equipment to minimize downtime.
- Assist in the programming and modification of PLCs (e.g., Allen‑Bradley, Siemens) and HMIs.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance of control systems.
- Associate’s degree or technical certification in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in controls or automation environment.
- Proficiency with PLC systems (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, etc.).
