Responsible for all aspects of the plant quality systems, policies and procedures consistent with Grupo Antolin Quality Management System (GA QMS) requirements. Obtain and maintain all TS and/or other required certifications through successful internal and external audits.
Responsibilities- Implementation, communication, and sustainment of Grupo Antolin Quality Management System (GA QMS) policies, procedures and documentation.
- Lead development, implementation and maintenance of all internally developed processes and procedures.
- Work with cross functional teams to develop core documents and the control plan process.
- Ensure compliance with all internal and external quality requirement standards.
- Coordinate and lead all internal and external TS audits.
- Closely manage any third-party auditors that may be utilized.
- Assist with and support ISO audits.
- Lead activities associated with audit related nonconformance management until successful closure.
- Support activities associated with Observation of Workstation and 5S audits.
- Work closely with all levels of plant management and production associates to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Responsible for implementation and maintenance of all control documents (i.e. FMEA, PFMEA, etc.).
- Lead activities associated with quality information development and dissemination to all levels of the organization.
- Lead Management Improvement initiatives.
- Lead development of internal auditors.
- Assist with TQM/Lean manufacturing implementation on the shop floor following all Grupo Antolin Standards.

- Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and Power Point
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred or minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in the field.
- 5 + years of successful experience in Quality Systems Engineering in an automotive environment
- Professional and effective communication and representation skills.
- Must be very organized and detail oriented with an emphasis on accuracy.
- Ability to physically inspect areas of responsibility including the interior plant floor (shipping, receiving, finished goods warehouses, service area, etc….) and any exterior shipping / receiving docks and any outside storage areas, warehouses, and trailers.
- Ability to work on a computer for long periods of time
