Casual Security Guard - Alliston Potential

Securiguard Services is looking for experienced security guards for our various sites across Alliston/Simcoe Region.

At Securiguard our mission is to make people feel safe. As a security professional, you'll contribute to the safety of our stakeholders by enforcing provincial and municipal regulations, enforcing policies and procedures, monitoring CCTV systems and operating security control room equipment, controlling access to the site, reporting any hazards or security breaches, and responding to incidents.

Pay rate: $18.50/hr - $19.42/hr (Depending on Position)

Location: Alliston/Shelburne

Schedule: Flexible (3 days a week ideal)

Timings: Days or Nights

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Standard First Aid & CPR Level C with AED
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Valid G2/G Driver's License with access to a personal vehicle
• Ability to commute within the Alliston/Simcoe region
• Comfortable using two-way radios, dispatch systems, and CCTV
• Proven ability to de‑escalate conflicts and respond to security incidents (medical, fire alarms, crisis situations)
• Minimum 1 Year Of Security Experience (industrial/manufacturing/warehouse/construction Preferred)
• Physically able to stand and walk for up to 12 hours
• Strong problem‑solving, judgment, and crowd management skills

• Tactical Security and/or a diploma in the field of security or law enforcement is an asset
• Use of force training and/or Military/Law Enforcement background is an asset.
• Having a clean drivers absent is an asset
• Having a smart serve certification is an asset
