Looking for a Full-Stack Developer (internally known as Software Developer) to join our Riparian who is motivated to work in a fast-paced environment, and who thrives in solving complex problems. You will work on both front-end and back-end systems including databases, APIs and web applications. Our team is highly collaborative where everyone is involved in the whole development process, so we value great communication skills and empowering the developers to build great products.

• Developing, troubleshooting, debugging, and improving existing software.
• Work on an agile Scrum team to understand business needs. Perform development and testing to deliver business functionality with quality.
• Participate in code reviews by both giving and receiving critical feedback with a positive attitude.
• Work closely with the Squad Lead to ensure alignment with Technology strategy and best practices.
• Write, maintain and execute unit tests prior to check-ins to minimize breakage within the release.
• Work with QA to test and verify acceptance criteria has been met.
• Collaborating with Product Owners and other internal teams on potential product improvements.
• Diagnose problems and develop solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the oversight of a Senior Developer or Architect
• Develops and maintains technical documentation.
• Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience.
• Collaborates with Business partners and internal teams throughout the development process.
• Creativity, critical thinking, decision making, self-driven, continuous learner.
• Work with minimal guidance and direction from more senior resources.
• Provides informal guidance to new team members.
• Solves problems in straightforward situations;
  Finds possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents.

• 3+ years of experience building web services and applications using JavaScript.
• Experience working with HTML, CSS, Node, JSON, RESTful APIs.
• Working in a collaborative Agile environment.
• Reactive front-end development frameworks (Vue development experience is a plus).
• Software development best practices and familiarity with associated tools (GIT, NPM, ESLint etc.), or equivalent.
• SQL/No
  
  SQL databases (Postgres and Mongo database experience is a plus).
• CEFR English level C1 or greater required.
