• Develop and maintain backend services using C# and .NET
• Design scalable, data-driven architectures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software
• Optimize performance and reliability of critical systems
• Work with Microsoft Azure and SQL Server to manage data workloads

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or closely related discipline) – degree essential
• Significant commercial experience as a Senior Back-End .NET Developer
• Strong academic background with demonstrable technical excellence
• Proven ability to solve complex problems under time constraints

• Expert-level proficiency in C# and .NET
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure
• Advanced SQL / SQL Server knowledge
• Experience building and maintaining complex, data-driven systems
• Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and system performance
• Background in Fin Tech or other highly structured, data-intensive environments
• Experience scaling applications for large or growing user bases

• Very detail-oriented and quality-focused
• Strong communicator and collaborative team member
• Comfortable working under pressure
• Genuine interest in technology-driven sustainability solutions

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or closely related discipline) and significant back-end .NET development experience. UK citizenship required; no sponsorship or temporary visas available.
