Job Overview
Position: Night Concierge (Permanent, Part Time – 30 hours a week)
Location: Sheffield
Annual Salary: £23,582 per annum (pro rata)
We are seeking a Night Concierge for one of our supported housing projects in Sheffield. The project provides supported accommodation to individuals with enduring mental health issues to equip them with personal, social and practical life skills, enabling them to take control of their life and live independently within the community.
Key Responsibilities- Build relationships with vulnerable people to help them maintain the security of their home.
- Deal with complaints and incidents of anti‑social behaviour.
- Follow agreed recording practices and policies.
- Ensure the safety and security of customers and the building during the night.
- Can communicate well verbally and in writing with a wide range of people.
- Demonstrate a positive, sensitive, and constructive approach to working with customers, colleagues and professionals.
- Commit to diversity, customer excellence and equal opportunities.
- Passionate about customer service and good problem‑solver.
- Knowledge of using a range of IT programmes including Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Salary £23,582 per annum (pro rata).
- 30 hours per week averaged over a 5‑week rota.
