About the role

Electrician (Full Time, 40 hours per week) based in Kings Lynn/Dereham, with travel throughout Norfolk and North Suffolk. Starting salary at £37,534 per annum, with progression opportunities to £43,530 per annum (skill set dependent). Includes Company Vehicle and Call out payments, Permanent Contract.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership for effective and efficient electrical related repairs in occupied and vacant homes.
  • Work as part of a team carrying out the company in‑house EICR domestic testing programme.
  • Cover Responsive Repairs and Electrical Inspections and provide Testing support where necessary.
  • Carry out reactive works including fault finding, void and EICR Electrical works to our homes (mostly around Norwich). Travel may be required throughout Norfolk and North Suffolk.
Qualifications
  • City and Guilds 5357 / City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
  • City and Guilds 2360 – Part 1 and Part 2 or City and Guilds 2330 Level 2 and Level 3
  • AM2 (desirable) depending on when NVQ completed.
  • City and Guilds or equivalent 2382 (18th Edition of the Wiring Regulations).
  • City and Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing or equivalent qualification.
  • A Driving Licence (travel throughout Norfolk and North Suffolk required).
  • Experience of working in Property Maintenance.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required; will join on‑call rota.
